Orders and payment

Please send your PO to cameronaj8@gmail.com or masonkn608@gmail.com. Ardennes Analytique accepts payment made by bank transfer (in euros) to the account given on our invoices.

Product Warranties

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s 30-day warranty for consumables (e.g. standards/stubs) and a 12-month warranty for mechanical/electrical items. Products damaged as a result of negligent, improper or inappropriate use by the customer will, if possible, be repaired but at the customer’s cost.

Shipping

Ardennes Analytique’s default shipper in Europe is FEDEX (standard service). We also use the postal service for non-urgent orders. However, we can ship via another carrier of your choice. Please supply your account number if you choose to use a courier service. If you do not have a courier account, we will determine the cost and include it in our invoice to you.

Ardennes Analytique’s shipping terms are FOB. We employ best practice packaging processes to assure safe and damage-free delivery of your products. If a product is back ordered or has an extended lead time, Ardennes Analytique will inform you of this before proceeding with your order.

Order Tracking

Ardennes Analytique will email a tracking number to you as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

All international orders must be pre-paid in full, except in the case of account customers where 30 days will apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. US customers may prefer to order through our US dealer at Ted Pella Inc. (www.tedpella.com).

Pricing

Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Special OEM prices are available. Please contact us for details. Ardennes Analytique reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

Sales Tax/Import Duties

Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable national, state and local taxes.
